Amed has lots of lovely corals and the dives are easy with entry from a black sand (volcanic beach). Tulamben (also beach entry) has a rocky beach, but it has the Liberty shipwreck just 15m from shore and it and nearby dive sites (coral garden and drop-off) can be spectacular.
